Clarity Before Commitment

Independent EV Infrastructure Project Assurance and Delivery Support

Independent support for organisations planning, mobilising or operating EV charging infrastructure.

Banner 2.png

EV infrastructure decisions affect vehicles, people, sites, suppliers and

day-to-day operations.

I help organisations identify delivery risks, clarify responsibilities and coordinate the way forward before problems become delays, additional costs or unreliable service.

               What I Do

I provide focused, independent support at three important stages of an EV infrastructure project.

EV Project Readiness Review

Testing project requirements, assumptions, site information and dependencies before significant resources are committed.

EV Infrastructure Mobilisation Health Check

Reviewing delivery status, responsibilities, risks, supplier interfaces, reporting, commissioning and handover readiness.

Operational Charging Assurance

Examining live or newly commissioned charging operations, including performance, maintenance arrangements, service agreements and operational resilience.

Support can be provided through a short, fixed-scope review or as temporary delivery support when internal capacity is limited.

           Why Organisations Work With Me

I bring practical experience in project delivery, service management, stakeholder coordination and operational mobilisation.

I do not sell charging equipment or represent a particular manufacturer. My role is to translate specialist information into clear actions, expose risks and ensure decisions reflect operational realities.

Where specialist engineering judgement is required, I help coordinate appropriately qualified technical input.

TYPICAL PROJECT CHALLENGES

  • A project is progressing without clear ownership or decision routes

  • Delivery risks and supplier dependencies are not fully visible

  • Internal teams need temporary support during mobilisation

  • Commissioning and handover responsibilities remain unclear

  • Charging performance is not meeting operational requirements

  • Maintenance agreements, warranties or escalation routes are inadequate

  • A fleet or site needs an independent readiness review before investing

My approach is simple: bring clarity early, challenge assumptions constructively and keep every decision grounded in practical delivery and reliable operation.

Who I Work With

I support organisations involved in planning, delivering or operating EV charging infrastructure, including:

• Fleet and logistics operators
• EV infrastructure providers and installers
• Charge point operators
• Commercial and industrial site owners
• Multi-site estates and facilities teams
• Local authorities and public-sector organisations

These environments require coordinated delivery, limited operational disruption and infrastructure that works reliably in everyday use.

The Outcome

The outcome is not another layer of reporting. It is clarity over what needs to happen, who owns it and what could prevent successful delivery.

Depending on the engagement, you receive clear findings, visible risks, defined responsibilities and a prioritised action plan—giving your team a practical route forward.

DISCUSS YOUR PROJECT

From early planning and project mobilisation through to live operation, I provide independent support that turns complex EV infrastructure challenges into clear decisions, visible responsibilities and practical next steps.

Engagements can be delivered as a focused, fixed-scope review or as temporary project support when additional experience or capacity is required.

If you are planning an EV infrastructure project, preparing for delivery or experiencing operational charging problems, I would be pleased to discuss where independent support could help.
